My Idea Account no. Is - 100040865333, I have been facing problem with IDEA since a long time. I tried to get rid of them by porting out my no. But everytime they request me and say now your billing will be ohk without any issues. But these frauds always do Fake Promises and cheats their customer. I just take their words and believe them and see what is going on my Bill.
I really dont understand that IDEA company just have an IDEA to build their profit margin by putting extra charges by their shitty Subscriptions like for Example. Bollywood Buzz - Rs. 90/- , Music Box , Rs. 75/- on my account. Who in this time having latest phones need these services. And whenever we call their customer care. They only say : - it might be activated by you. As if customer is a Big fool who want these Services. Thats why no point on calling these DAMN fools who have silly excuses to give only.
IDEA cellular if you able to get these things what I have written check my account and remove and reverse your Shitt ASAP.
And check and listen to the Audio records what your associates had conversated to me earlier. Just becoz increasing bills of the customer and stealing money in unethical way is not a Good thing for a Market listed Company.
