I bought this 3 weeks back. The connection has been bad & especially the heavier websites like timesofindia, Facebook, etc are not loaded, even if you refresh 20 times.
After 12 midnight it is better but not good.
I called up the customer care people, he asked me to delete the temporary internet files, I did but no improvement. Then he asked me to ping the ip address at the dos prompt, it came as 100%loss. He was surprised & said some technical person will call you.
Next day a girl is calling me, doesn't know English, she asked me where r u connecting your data card? I said the front USB port. She tells me do one thing take an extension cable & connect ti from the back USB port. it will work better. I didn't know whether to scream or laugh. I asked her, do you think it will really improve speed just by changing the USB port. She expressed irritation.
she told me I will call you back. In the next call, she told me to download DAP (Download Accelerator). As much as I know, DAP is used to download software from websites not to improve the data card speed. Well, I started downloading & it was stuck at 20%, she called back & i told her. Some male person was giving her these solutions at the back. She said some tech person will call you back & there is no calling back since 2 days.
With this unpaid customer care people, they must have kept on low salaries, they don't have basic knowledge of computers & internet. They must be saving a lot of money to spend on their expensive ambassador Abhishek Bachhan.
Pure cheats.
I don't know how Aditya Birla has come out with this flop product.They should at least come to mouthshut & see the reviews, he will close down the company immediately.
