I have been using the idea sim for more than 4 years. The network is good, tower is always available. But the data pack is very slow.
I have complained to customer care but nothing happend, only a message came from the company that welcome to idea high speed internet.
Its good that it has data pack cost less than other company.But I will recommend to increase the internet speed attract more customers as one customers tells others to join.
Satisfy the need of customers, new customers will join
