I am using this connection from about 5 years.
The network coverage of this connection is very good and satisfying.
The internet offer and recharge offer are worst and frustating . That's too costly. Only 1 GB{2g) for 150 rs. WHATS THIS?
This company is just luring the new customer but not giving and new exciting offer to old users.
There customer service is too bad and frustating and irritating.
The 2G and 3G internet is also very slow for daily user and for downloading.
Sometimes, they cut my balance automatically. when I called customer service for this, then they told me that you activate dailing tune offer . But, I never activate any this type of any offer . This type of thing happen with me for some times .
FINALLY, I am going to port my idea sim to other company reliance . That is thousand times better than this one.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TO NOT TO BUY SIM OF THIS COMPANY .
