*Its bitter experience for me. I am having idea connection from past 2 years. I got this post paid connection on "Lifelong No Rental" plan. That time I had requested for the detailed bill should come on my email. It was coming properly on my email. But from last 6-7 months I am not getting the bill through email.
Every month I have to request for the duplicate copy and when I complaint that why I am not getting bill on email, they say "Madam you will definitely get it on your email from next time". But I am sorry to say that nothing has happened.
I am staying in Indirapuram. The connectivity in Indirapuram is very bad. I have to keep my phone near the door to get signal, that also very little. And if I get a call I have to go out of house to talk.
From past 1 months I am facing problem with the GPRS/MMS connectivity. They are not able to rectify it and each time I have to complaint about it. Last evening I again called-up and spoke to the customer care person. His name is "Gourav". He was very rude, no ethics, no manners and was not listening to me. I think he had not taken training on how to speak to the customers.
Call charges are low. Only this is the good point.

Connectivity
Billing through email is not working
Customer care is also very bad.
Complaint's are not resolved effectively.*
