As my experience about idea I m giving my review.It is the only network in my area so I purchased idea sim.idea's network is good in few areas.but when there is a requirement of internet, its not good at all.internet is very poor of this network.I tried many time to use internet in my android phone but everytime I found the internet speed of this network is not better than other network operators.
I experience good about its customer service.the customer executives are very friendly with u to solve your problem.customer service is nice like all other networks.
Charges and billing are also good.u can recharge through my idea app.its so convenient to recharge through app.
The only thing which I dont like about idea is its internet service and as I m a internet lover, I will give only 2 stars to this network.thank u
