Idea Mobile is big Company from Aditya Birla Group. I have been using idea mobile services from more than 6 years and it is not good now compare to before. The Network coverage I would say is good but not excellent because it is not proper in some remote areas, and of course I would satisfy for network even though because I use mobile services only in metro politician cities. Customer Service I worst in the idea. When we try to call them for services sometimes it would take so much time and makes us impatient. The Customer executives were improperly answering the customer related questions when we ask them. Some of them have no answer for what we ask. The Computer generated calls were irritating and bring disturbance. You can deactivate the service by calling or message to stop the particular service that we don't like to receive.
The Charges and Billing were high now. When using services in 2011 they used to provide lot offers but now they are charging their customers High. They deduct the customer balance unnecessary by activating not requested services without our permission. Imagine how irritating this would be. This is my personal experience with this and soon I am going change my mobile services. Thank you.
