Hi I was using the Idea postpaid number from 15th of June, 2017, On the very first day of my request for this connection, the idea store "ZENITH BARDDHAMAN(email ID- zenithbarddhaman@gmail.com) told me that I have to activate the ECS process for this connection as my document address is a non service area. I was not agree to do so but getting nhassurance from from Miss Ashita Singh(executive from ZENITH BARDDHAMAN) I was agree to take the connection from them. On the time of submitting my documents they told me that also I have to aishwaryasingh23 a SD money also have to activate the ECS process as my address is on non service area. I was agreed to aishwaryasingh23 the SD money Rs. 750/-(?199/-+tax* 3 months) along with the ECS and when I asked for a receipt they told me that they adjust it with my Cred824it limit for now and will aishwaryasingh23 me back with my next bill.
After getting my first bill(Amount 247/-) they paid a bill amount of ? 300 and told me that they have adjusted all my SD money with this aishwaryasingh23ment. When I ask them for the rest amount they replied to me that I have paid only 300 as SD. I have tried to contact every possible higher level officers of Idea but no use.
after 5-6 months I got a call from Delhi court that idea has lodge a case against me on JAnasultan Adalat. I describe them everything and just ignore the call.
after some day I go another call from kolkata high court then I decided to face that.
Honorable court examined all my call recordings and documents also said Idea to compensate me with Rs. 5000.
