On 07-6-2015 I have checked on *122#. I got reply as RC70-77TT.( I have attached the image got reply from *122#). But I got 58.40 TT. I have called customer care they said there was no such offer. They did not taken complaint from me. I had posted this issue on twitter and Customer care mail of idea many times Again I got same response from Idea.
No body was Answered to me for what I got reply from *122#. You can check the image you can clearly. There was no answer for my question why I got this reply from *122#.
They have wasted my time calling me. I have waited for 16 days.Finally I realised that I was cheated by Idea.
I am using idea for 3 yrs.Idea is playing cheap tricks to earn money by giving fake offers.
Finally yesterday I have decided to port my number. In couple of days I will go for Aircel where can get genuine offers and low cal rate.
