Hi,
The idea is the good company where as the job security is not there because the call center with a domestic one has very limited options.
It is useful for those who are freshers and looking for the experience.
I cant see the career growth in it because of limited higher post.
The work environment is always remain good one but the other things salary and job security and also the increment requires.
They pay the increment nearly 500 PM so which is very less.
The overall rating of CEO is good in a survey but where as the above points which creates issue in building career with them.
