Hello to my friends,
Since a good job is always a dream for all of us. I have been searching jobs and since I had worked with Tata indicom, I found Idea Cellular LTD a good place to work with in a same kind of environment, however, lately it came up as the mistake for me as the kind of work I had to do over there had no reputation. Also, the work was that I had to sell post paid plans to the customers. I used to have a data sheet and I had to call all of them and then I at the end of the day, I hardly used to get one or two people who agreed on this and the target was at least 10 people per day.
I mean, nothing at all was there which allowed me to work the way I wanted. I had to get away from my social life and lost my self respect as most of the customers used to abuse. I mean, why would you here that at all for only INR 6000.00 per month? No money, no social life, no self respect, no work environment, and no management at all.
I would say please do not join that place at all.
