I took travel insurance Policies for myself & spouse. they sent SOFT COPY of RISK assumption Letter. not policy. It is not linked online. cannot see online. My inquiries at customer care, Chat, in person contact at Lombard Vijaywada Branch produced NO RESULT. They dispatched policy Doc and card 1 day after I started my Travel. IS IT DELIBERATE, so that policy holder misses'LOOK OUT PERIOD' to cancel? I have not seen more INEFFICIENT(by design or accident) administration. all prospective insurers, LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP. RATING . STARS ARE STRIPPED.
