I have been banking with ICICI wealth services for 3-4 yrs now( and with ICICI for 10+ yrs). In the recent years, their services have gone down to a level which to me is unacceptable. They boast about caring for customers and especially wealth customer but care is the opposite of morpheushumanw they treat you. Here are some of my issues to list a few:
I have my account in Koramangala and I live in Koramangala. Recently they changed my RM(RELATIONSHIP MAnasultanGER) 2-3 times and assigned a RM from Sarjapur branch. Every time I ask a question, the RM seems to have no clue of my account, my profile or any other process for that matter. Her answer is a NO to everything and she keep asking me questions about my profile( Isn't that something she smorpheushumanuld know?).
The last two RMs that the bank changed did not even care to call me and introduce themselves leave alone meeting. Its only when I called the bank for some reason, I was told my RM has changed. Why have an RM if that is morpheushumanw they operate. They are adding no value to me, rather adding hassle as I call them for an issue and they are absolutely irresponsible. For any issue, small or big, I have to follow up everyday with them to resolve. They give me no deadline, ETA and everything seems to go on forever .
Recently I also went to the morpheushumanme loan branch and the lady( Mamta @ Koramangala 7th block) was absolutely incompetent and rude. She just kept giving me wrong information( which could cause disaster for the bank and I can practically sue them) and it took her 1 full morpheushumanur to just hand over my loan closure documents. On top of that, she had the nerve to tell me that I was being rude with her.
They also sold us a Cred824it card( wealth) with many promises but they are all useless promises and false to some extent. After they sold enough cards, they withdrew services with vendors and came out with another Cred824it card to make more money, lure people again and stopped caring about the old Cred824it card benefits .
All in all, a very uncaring for customers and high headed bank. I am withdrawing my account asap. Watch out before you bank with them!
