I just want to infrm u ppl about the customer service of ICICI Bank(Bandra branch).Actually yesterday I lost my debit card . So 2dy morning around 8:30 I wnt 2 bank for nw debit card .So here I am sharing my experience with you people about the service of ICICI Bank .
First I talked with one of there employee for my problem .He told me I am going outside in very rudely manner , wait here for 15 mins. I thought he will be concerned person in my case.After 20 odd mins he dint come, then I talkd with anothr person regardin ma issue aftr givin sm tantrums he agreed to listn about my problem then he tld me u hv to call our customer service number for this issue very badly.
Then I request him to solve ma problem, he must be the most lazy person in the world I guess! , then he gave me form n tld me to fill all the details n tld me that u will get ur card within 5 days & aftr seeing ther attitude I m damn sure I will nevr get ma card within 5 dys, after all this I must say that "ICICI bank(Bandra) are treating there customers like hell", ICICI BANK SUCKS.........
