SERVICE: ICICI bank seems to have a motto of earning at all costs , at any cost. So you have to be very careful.
This Bank is good for getting loans-not for keeping your money.TRUSTWORTHINESS:I am bith an NRI customer (recent status) as well as resident customer.I do not truct the bank.
Post office, SBI, Canara bank are the places I trust.
ATMs:
Wonderful.I am very satisfied
E-BANKING:
very nice.I am satisfied.
BUSINESS ETHICS:
Very grey area.ICICI needs massive improvement on this area.
I deposited my NRI cheques for fixed deposits.Each time, he is openeing it on a differemt FD scheme, so that I stand to gain minimum.Plus many schemes-you dont understand.
Customer officers help the bank make money-but do not guide the customers.
Not at all satisfied.
CREDIT CARDS:
card is OK, but lack of tranparency.
Customer reward programs are eye-wash.
My resident credit cards show that I have availed gift vouchers-I have not been give, SDome body is syphoning off.
PHONE BANKING:
Worst.
Minimum 25 minutes and No result.
Do not ever try phone banking.Glib talking guys help yr telephone company by keeping you engaaged for an hour.
