I'm customer to ICICI bank from 2008 till date and it is continuing. Except few minor issues, I never faced any serious issue with bank compared to my relation with other banks.
I've savings bank account, credit card and a personal loan account also with them. Overall in all 3 areas I've never observed any issue.
Very rarely I visit the bank, may be this might be an area to consider for any concern, but I've never faced any issue even at my rare visits. I feel the staff shows their energy to help customers, even with the telephone conversations and e-mail conversations also every query is resolved which I've posted to them.
Internet banking is one more added good thing here, its much user friendly and all my individual products at one place(Saving Bank, Credit Card and Loan) which make a all in one destination for me. The iMobile is one more interesting side for internet based banking.
I feel the benefit of authentication is to good for internet banking with multiple levels of user authentication.
A paper less banking is always good for society, which I see here majorly.Competitive interest rates I observed here and got a personal loan at very competitive ROI, Here I'll explain my story to make you understand the service they provide.
I've just called and asked the customer care for personal loan and after conversation applied for it, the loan got approved and yet to get credited into my account. Now there is no turn back to the loan without closing the loan and paying penalty, however, I called bank to stop the loan process and I dont require loan any more.
Now, look at the beauty of their service, after loan got credited without any charge/penalty credit manager/some other agreed to cancell the loan and take debit the money from my account with no questions. It really turned me the honesty of the bank with embedded customer care.
Bingo to ICICI bank
