Hi There,
I applied for a savings account in Indore, Executive Goldie took all the documents from me and they took 10 days to activate the Account. Even they didn't provide complete Account details up to I sent many emails to the customer care. It's been more than 15 days still I haven't received my debit card and cheque book.
Most of the banks are giving kits on the same day and open account in few minutes.
It's quiet difficult to contact icici staff, executives won't respond to client calls and even they wouldn't call them back. Call center numbers are a nightmare when you make a phone call to call center it asks me to enter a bank account number or debit card number how a customer can enter a debit card number or account number before he gets the account number?
customer care people keep put the same status for all the emails, how come email level would be the same for all responses.

They took 20000 INR for initial deposit but I never received any sms for 20000 deposit.
Mobile banking is very worse, I tried to use I mobi and registered with my mobile number which I used in ICICI bank acccount but app doesn't display my account details.
Another icici app is insisting me to enter debit card number how would I enter my debit card details before I get it.
