I've been an corporate account holder of icici bank since the past one year. I've been dissappointed with their service right from the begining.


Their andheri branch does'nt have a simple token system. I can't get the idea behind this. I had to encash a bearer cheque for which I had to stand in loong queue. I was amazed at this system. All the other simple nationalised banks hv the token system..where u can sit peacefully till your turn comes.


Once I needed my statement for the past 3 months. The phone banking representative informed me that it will take at least 3 days. I told her that I needed it uregently and that I cud come to the bank to collect it.. but still she kept telling me that anyways it will take 3 days. I was totally pissed off with that.


A lot of times the phone banking executives are not well informed themselves. they give the wrong information.


One of my fellow colleage.. also a corporate acc. holder of the bank..had a problem with the atm card that they had sent her. It was their mistake.. But still she had to follow up with them for a month to get a new card.


They really very badly need to improve on their service.
