I have opened my mothers bank account in ICICIA Bank. She has been using her account since 4 years & till now we did not face any major problem. But only few minor problems we faced with bank hat were rectified with in the bank itself. I do not have to wait for problem to get resolved.
After demonitisation I find little difficult to withdraw cash from the ATMs near my house since they are not maintaining cash in the ATMs. Hope they will overcome the problem very soon. I did not use phone banking service henace could not rate that service. I have used their customer service which I find best among the banks.
