This is the first time I'm writing a review... may be the very first time im voicing my opinion ( in writing)...but I'm genuinely delighted by their quick and effecient service and that is compelling me to share it with 1 n all
My Dad being a current account holder with Icici Bank, Chembur br, Mumbai, had kept a person to specifically look after the banking transactions....suddenly this person fell ill and did not report for 2-3 days.... so my dad asked me to take care of the banking transactions for a day or two... at first I was apprehensive ( as I had read a few reviews)... but then I had no choice...papa ki agya ka palan karna tha:-)
On reaching there... the place is good... it gives u a good feel... I had been there to get a demand draft made.... being at the peak hour with so many customers I thought it would take min an hr if not more... had to catch a movie n dat too in 45 min time..but I thought I was helplesssss
I was very well greeted by a pretty loking girl at this desk who told me that ill get the dd in 6 min.... ( I smiled back at her but was sure that shes trying to foool me)
To my SURPRISE, the DD was handed over to me in 5 min dot.... I thought shes really efficient and on telling her that she said that they have a TAT (read Turn Around Time) for each and every activity be it cash...a dd or even an account opening for that matter and they have a six sigma level to be achieved for each one of theses....
Sounds great, isnt....???
On several visits to the branch I found out that although they have different desk catering to different needs...they help you out even if it is not pertaining to that specific desk.
Another thing that I learnt was you dont need to go to the branch for any damm inquiry...it can be done via different channels be it phone banking...infinity (i-net bkg) and mobile bnkg which is absolutely free of cost you know
One thing that has deeply touched me is the kind of concern they have for all their customers and the effort taken by them to educate the customers abt the various facilities being offered
To top everything every customer has 1 dedicated branch staff to look after all his banking needs.... this what I call personal touch...
I have a value added savings account...im slowly moving all my funds from HSBC and StanChart
I can genuinely vouch for Icici bank..!!
