Housing Laon.or a nighmare. Review on ICICI Bank

I posted a review on ICICI bank as THE BEST. Sorry to say but never ever try their housing loan. I was sanctioned a loan & was told to submit the necessary documents to disburse the loan within 48 hours. Day1 - I gave them registered property original documents with PDCs and few stamp papers. I thought my job was over.... Day2...I was wrong my nightmare had just started. Next day I was told to furnish some documents which are required by their legal cell. The seller was in Canada his power of attorny had given all documents duly signed and clear. Day3... The bank officials wanted some more documents. I spoke to my CA (Chartered Acountant) who is doing all this. He said no need of any documents and he spoke to the bank. The bank wanted some time to review the documents again. Day4.... I was told to submit the document as their legal cell is not agreeing with the CA. Rang up to Canada for 8 times and requested to write few lines to the bank as they desire. Received the fax from seller. DAY5- Some more documents are to be signed by the seller/power of attorney. Come with the 250/- stamp papers to the bank and they will draft the documents. The sellers power of attorny has come from Ludhiana and is over 80 years. Twice he has cancelled his ticket because I could give him this banks loan amount. Day6- I told them I am not intersted in the loan please return my documents.. as other banks are giving me the loan within two days after going through the papers. Day7- The bank cannot give the documents as they are in process and cannot say how ling it will take. They will disburse the loan as soon as possible.. Day8- I am waiting for the loan and seller is annoyed and wants cancel the deal.. GOD HELP ME.... I MADE A MISTAKE...I AM TAKING LOAN FROM ICICI BANK.
