Hey guys I have a salary account in ICICI bank Sehore, and the following problem happned with me Now I am frustrated with ICICI bank services because I have withdrawn 5000 rupees from ICICI banks ATM on 10 february, friday, 7.21 PM at nearest branch ATM located at Rau Indore.
it gives me two 2000 notes and one 500 note and five notes of rupees 100 in which one notes corner is cutoff and I saw this note to the security camera in the ATM and next day is second saturday so bank is closed for two days.
I went to ICICI Bank Rau indore branch to change the note of rupees 100 and talked to Deputy branch manager to change it or told the process to change the note. he asked to branch manager. the branch manager totally refused and said that we cant change the note and we are not responsible for the same. so you can go to sbi to change the note or also contact the ATM feeder to change the note.
so guys tell me what to do for the above fellows.
they are the most disgusting persons like BRANCHMnanager and deputy branch manager or RAU ICICI BANK BRANCH.
