We have heard of iBALL as a leading telecommunications and IT peripheral brand even before advent of mobiles in INDIA. Now they have launched mobile and tablets in INDIA And trying to get a leading position in this market with their enormous numbers of products and models ranging from basic mobiles of rs 800/- to LAPTAB of rs 15000/-. But in spite of their attempts they will not be able to reach to their destined place due to their poor service support.
Service support for mobiles and tablets are needed to be more consumer friendly than that of the computer peripherals since users approach directly to the service centers whereas for PC category service is being supplied to the users by the local assemblers or vendors or service technicians themselves. So users do not need to visit the service points to access service for their PC peripherals. But IBALL is relying on the same type of service centers that it used to have for this IT sector spares which are not up to the mark as compared to other players like SAMSUNG, NOKIA or even MICROMAX.
The appearance and the service offered in these centers are not quite impressive at all. Spares are not available and public relations are also poor enough to damage the image of IBALL as a brand for mobiles and tablets in the market.
