Actually as a matter of fact friends I bought this car recently and had a bad experience. This is my fourth Hyundai car.
I went on 5th of may to take delivery of my SUV from Varanasi and after clearing all my payments, I went down to check the car and found that the front bumper was not properly fitted.
The company people opened the whole bumper and tried to fit it in the place but they could not rectify the problem, after that I decide not to buy this particular piece and asked them to get me the next Creta available in white color. But they told me that I have to wait for another 30 to 50 days for the car and it was horrible and when I asked for the refund and they persuaded me for a different color.
Finally after waiting we went to the showroom for delivery and again at time of delivery, I found that the rear left handle of the car was in the door open position however the door was locked.
The service engineers came to check the same and they could not solve the problem as the door was locked and it could not be opened from inside as well as out side since the handle was stick in the open position.
And that is why I am here to write my experience.
