First of all, I would like to add that the opinion written previously in my name(all messed up)on the service of Fascel was just an act of mischief done by one of my cousin who somehow came to know my password. I am extremely sorry for that.

Fascel Ltd., having it's mobile operations in Gujarat is an affiliate of Hutchison Whampoa (HWh),which is a Hong Kong based company and one of the leading names in wireless communications. Fascel Ltd. was carrying it's mobile operations in Gujarat under the brand name of Cel Force. However, this name has been changed to Hutch recently. Hutchison has its operations in other parts of the country as Hutch(Kolkata), Hutch(Andhra Pradesh), Hutch(Delhi), Orange(Mumbai & Bangalore), Hutch(Gujarat).
Being a multi-national company, the quality standards of its services are superb. It is having an extremely strong network in and around Gujarat (U.T. Of D & NH - Silvassa). It is spread around 6500 villages all small and big of Gujarat. Thus, network coverage is no problem at all for the users of this service. It's another good feature is that when the user has switched off his mobile phone or has travelled outside the coverage area, the moment he switches on his mobile phone or returns back into the coverage area respectively, he receives a SMS from the operator informing him about the phone nos. of the people who had tried to contact him during that period. This service is highly preferred by the ministers of Gujarat and top police officials, the reason being its vast network coverage in Gujarat.
The customer care unit is very well equipped with computers and has all the technical know how to easily solve the customers' queries.
The company has tie-ups with almost all other leading mobile operators of India and abroad. Thus, facilitating the user to select the network of his choice while roaming in and outside India. International roaming even on pre-paid cards makes its pre-paid cards to be the best in Gujarat. The company also facilitates the users to be able to send SMS even while he is in an international roaming network.
It's cutting edge technology makes it's network free from jamming. However, I would be frank enough to mention that during earthquake in Gujarat, and terrorist attack on Akshardham Temple- Gandhinagar(Gujarat), it's network had jammed along with the other mobile operators of Gujarat. However, the company had acknowledged it's error by not charging all the calls which were received and made by the users for those days(full 24 hours).
Having it's operations in Gujarat since the last 5 years and having developed a lot within those 5 years, I would give Hutch (Fascel) highest recommendation.
