Loosing its credibility. Review on Hungama

I joined hungama.com in august 2004 initially it was very tough to navigate but slowly got used to it.

There used to be many goodies for redemption in the beginning. In the first point cycle (3 months cycle sep-nov 04) I earned many points and could utilize all my points.But the problem started from the next cycle when there were no goodies for first month. In the second month they did put some goodies but only to see it getting disappeared in few hours.

In the third month some goodies were put but that was just to complete formality because few goodies were put that too at much higher cost in comparison to early points for same goodies.

Now almost half of the time has passed (of 3 months cycle mar-may)no goodies has been put for redemption.

Slowly this site is loosing its credibility. Now they hardly care to reply to mail.

People too are responsible for this...they play with multiple ID?s (site allows that)

But some guys play with min 10 id's(that can be seen in the top 10 score of games column.)

But the nice thing of the site is its courier response. Goodies are generally sent within a week.

Hope this site will help them to regain their reputation.
