I gifted my mom, this phone. I suppose that was the most inaccurate decision I took. The mobile phone hangs a lot. And for 6 months it did not recorganize the memory card. And always showed the sign of "Battery needs to be cool". Customer care registered the request but never took any action against it.
this is very disappointing for a company like htc and even the battery backup of the phone is not at all good.
