I have complained HSBC on ceo@HSBC.CO.IN, COMPLAINTS AND INFO EMAILS ALSO
my card no is 4862698907194765
everyone knows HSBC SI WORLDS WORST BANK.
THEY HARDLY HAVE ANY OFFERS OR PROMOTIONS RUNNING WHERE CITIBANK, STANDARD CHARTERED AND AMEX BANKS OFFER MUCH BETTER OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS.
LOT OF FRAUD TRANSACTIONS ARE REPORTED .AND YOU WILL FIND THIS ACROSS LOT OF CUSTOMERS WHO REPORT THEIR PAIN VIA BLOGS
THE HSBC SYSTEMS DO NOT WORK AND I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO BANKING OMBUDSAMN
so many times wrong Charges are applied on your card and when you call HSBC you get to know that.
HSBC HAS WORLD POOREST IVR ND CUSTOMER CARE.WHICH KEEPS CUSTOMER ON HOLD FOR 20-30 MINUTES ON MUSIC AND THEN DISCONNECT THE CALL AFTER YOU HAVE DONE YOUR IVR VERIFICATION.and your issues remain unersolevd;
IN SHORT HSBC BANK SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUIN CUSTOMER LIFE AND BANKING GOVERNANCE AND RBI SHOULD WITHDRAW THEIR BANKING LICENSE IN INDIA
I have written so many emails to send them my statement till date but their is not action or response as even HSBC online systems and login do not work most of the time as their system si down mostly.
