I work in bank and I used hp m1136 printer and it is not good for office. There is a lot of issue in this printer.
First of all it is not duplex mode which is time taking if you have lot of work. It is simplex mode. I used four piece of paper instead of two page.
Second is it takes lot of ink which fill in catraidge. Where a normal printer one thousand paper print in single catraidge. But this printer max seven hundred paper print.
Yes it is true that 1136 is compataible. There is no scanner in printer which is very bad.
