Poor Quality Laptop’s. Review on HP Envy Laptops

In my experience HP products substantially dropped in their quality, I have purchased HP envy 14-eb0021tx laptop last year, within first 1 week we identified issue with web cam and mic, after raising multiple complaints they came and replaced, after 3-4 months the screen started getting lines and again after complaining and multiple follow up they replaced the screen, within next 2-3 months the screen got damaged for no reason when I complained they said it can’t be covered under warranty and I need to pay, as it’s a necessary and to get the system back quickly I have paid 28000 fully for part purchase and it’s been 18 days still the part not reached for replacement, they keep extending the date week by week.

Build quality of the product is very poor and very very delicate, even if you hold it tight by hand things will break.We are under assumption that products which are high priced will have better durability and quality but with HP products it seems quite opposite.

Their service is also very very poor, imagine they couldn’t afford to have their own service centre in city like Bangalore, instead they tied up with TVS Electric for Laptop Service which adds additional delay. This shows their serviceability of their products.

Before this laptop I purchased ink tank printer for 17000 rupees and it is really a worst ever printer seen in my life, printer which are priced much lower in other brands support back to back printing but HP printer doesn’t, printer takes 10 minutes to warmup and after every 10 prints it gets reset and we have to print from where it had left earlier and printer speed it dead slow, for printing one page back to back print we have to waste 3, 4 pages. It really tests your patience and at time we feel like breaking the printer seeing its performance and the kind trouble it gives for printing.

If you are really looking for reliability and durability and quality please don’t buy HP product it’s my sincere suggestion.
