This is very much user friendly. This is very sleek and extraordinary. I am using this product since last 7 months. I didn't get any issue since then except LAN Port. Whenever I try to put out LAN Cable, it get struck. My friends got the same issue and they were forced to repair it. However, the product is on Warranty, then no issue will be faced by you. Overall, the product is good and many company is using this. This laptop is given from my company for office use.
A good thing is this compatible with SIM Card. So you can use this laptop without any dongle. Service & Support is best for HP Product. I can't say the value for money as this is very costly for an individual. My Suggestion to go for this product if you are in any business and using laptop.
Keyboard is really soft and getting pressed swiftly.
