They have a pathetic way of making money. As long as we have free listings, they send sms msgs asking us to upgrade for better responses and also block our contact number for the leads and vice versa, forcing us to make payment. Once payment is made for upgrading, there is no response from their side of acknowledging it either through a flashed receipt or through any call or sms from their customer service / marketing staff.
Even after upgrading the listing, i still keep receiving sms msgs asking me to upgrade and contact numbers continue to be blocked. No one keeps in touch to give any update. Wonder if they update their systems after receiving payments or they just think that we could simply be ignored. Sadly, they do not feel responsible enough to stand by their claims / promises and things remain status quo even after making a payment to them.
What is worse is the fact that they forward some fake names & contact numbers as responses to our listings, which in reality do not exist at all. Honestly, there is no ethical behaviour. Very sad state of affairs to say the least.
What review or feedback can anyone give to such behaviour? Its not just about the money that is wasted but their attitude is wrong. I am bereft of words to explain how disappointed i am with their promised service.
