BEWARE OF HOUSEJOY CONSTRUCTIONS. IT'S A CORPORATE SCAM. IT'S A FRAUD

I'm one of the customers who paid 70% of the project cost and stuck with them to get work done. it's already been more than 1 year now and no one bothers from house joy, no one responds, no one picks your call. I don't know what to do because my huge money is locked with them.

HOW THEY WILL PLAY WITH YOU:

1.They will take 10% of project cost before starting the project and it's not refundable. After design they will collect 10 to 15% to start work and total comes to 6 Lac to 10 Lac. They made their profit and they have to get rid of you now because in the final agreement it is mentioned that at any point of time whatever amount is paid is not refundable. This is where their game starts, they will drag as much as they can, simply by saying we have ordered material and it takes some time to reach the site. labours not available, labours absconded, labour vendor not responding, material vendor not responding etc. and make sure the client is frustrated and either he leaves them and starts construction on his own or he will wait for years. No one takes responsibility for your project including project manager/site engineer, and whatsapp group is for name sake. They will tempt you by their specification/pricing/sales team offers. because they don't have the intention to construct your home. they will offer you whatever you ask till you pay a booking amount. Lots of people will go to them because of investors mainly AMAZON, QUALCOMM etc. but nobody helps when you are stuck with them. and it is already happening for most of the customers, sorry all customers. They are fooling people by advertising that project will be completed in 144 days. but in agreement they will mention 9 months execution time+ 3 months grace period. So totally 1 year moreover till now they have not completed a single project from the past 2 year.

IF YOU STILL WANT TO GO WITH THEM, BE CAREFUL/READY WITH BELOW POINTS:

1.Don't be tempted by specification/pricing/sales team offers. Get both booking agreement and final agreement before paying the booking amount itself and read it carefully and if you are satisfied then you can go.

2.You should be ready to spend most of the time at your site which is what you want to avoid but you cannot. because nobody bothers for your project from House Joy.

3.Their labours are not skilled because price matters whoever comes for cheap they will go with them and they won't pay even for them as well. so it's your headache to take care of work done.

4.Do sufficient enquiry before going with them from your sources. don't believe the contacts which they provide

5.Their back end review monitoring team is very strong. They make sure no negative reviews on their advertisements. So, don't believe in reviews/pages which are in their control e.g., facebook. go to twitter and search for owzchai this the group created by frustrated customers. you call them personally and do enquiry.

6.Do proper research on google about them especially senior management.

7.All customers are currently locked by paying huge money. understand how much money is required for every stage and try to restrict otherwise you will land up in the same situation. because house joy will raise huge RA in initial stages.

8.Do sufficient calculation for the money you are going to spend such as rent, EMI's, power bill etc. for the time you are in agreement and extra time with HouseJoy. because it is not going to complete in one year. you will lose more money unnecessarily which will come to the same price as other vendors.
