Poor AC service. They came for some AC maintenance work and deliberately leaked the gas so that we call them again for gas filling. They say free resolution of issues in 7 days, but they don't resolve the issue unless you pay them again for resolving it. Their customer service is hopeless. They do not have a complaint option on their site or do not have a customer service number. I had to call their toll free order placing number, a lady picked up the call and said some body will revert in 2 hours, but there was no revert for 2 days.
Then I posted a complaint on a email address I got from site and they agreed to sent the same person again. He came finally and said, AC gas is less and I need to pay for filling the gas. I decided to call somebody else to solve the issue than paying Housejoy again for their mistake. Watch out before you call these guys for any work.
