Product I purchased Blair book case is good - (it is an imported item from Malasyia) in Mumbai you may have pay atleast 6000 for this product, however their website is in total mess, no coordination between call center staff and ware house full - it seems every step is outsourced individually, you cannot take chance by ordering costly items through them - I took chance and followed up with them rigorously, being in Mumbai I took lots of trouble to call them on daily basis for prompt delivery, they say that they deliver everywhere, but outside Mumbai people will find lot of difficult -
You will never get their call center number easily, they claim that we can make online payment for their product but their website is not accepting payment, finally I paid through cheque.
