As parents, we had decided to gift our elder son a luxurious house for his marriage. After evaluating and short listing various projects of House of Hiranandani, we finally selected a 2 BHK house in one of their properties in Chennai. It had all luxurious amenities including swimming pools, yoga, and aerobics center, Jacuzzi spa, banquet halls, tennis courts, etc.

Since the construction was complete a month ago, and the flats were already available for sale, we immediately booked the home. The location was perfect as the public transport, hospital, and shopping malls were in the vicinity. Even their living room was facing the Bay of Bengal. If you speak about luxury, it has to be House of Hiranandani. Be it the timely communication with them, the deal or the payment schemes, everything went on smoothly. We faced no trouble, and they kept us updated at every step of the operation. I had never thought that the whole process would wind up quickly, but House of Hiranandani made it possible.

My son’s joy knew no bounds when we handed him the flat keys. Our daughter-in-law was ecstatic about our choice, and we are proud parents!
