As one can see from the list of posts here, there has been undue delay in delivery of properties at Bannerghatta. I am sure the case may be the same for the rest of Bangalore also.

There is not a single builder in Bangalore that has given the project on time, prestige, purvankara, nitesh, shobha all are delaying the projects by atleast 2 to 3 years. Projects are completed as per their sale progress, if a project is not selling...its going to get delayed, so if somebody is to be blamed its only you took the decision to invest in this project.

4-6mths delay is normal . However, 2-3yrs is unacceptable . As an investor I'm wondering if Real Estate and a location like Bangalore even makes sense. Gone are the days of return. Maybe I'm wrong !
