Hotel New Castle - Mumbai Search Ends: I had been visited in Mumbai last week with my family. We had reached Khar west on the very first day and had a quick search on hotels because it was about tonight when we reached Mumbai. After half an hour discussion with my family about good hotels, we had finally chosen HOTEL NEW CASTLE which was near to our reach. We really had a bad experience there which I am going to share with you.
Hotel New Castle - Mumbai The Unfair Deal:We booked two rooms which seem to be much expensive than our expectations. The rooms were not as much luxurious as they charged.
Hotel New Castle - Mumbai It stinks: We needed to use fragrance spray because rooms were smelling bad. I must say rooms quality were pathetic.
Hotel New Castle - Mumbai Tasteless Food:Somehow, we had been managed with the rooms and expecting that the food would be delicious but again we got disappointed. The food they served was distasteful but the presentation of the food was really appreciable. They dined up food professionally and is the only thing I loved about this hotel.
Hotel New Castle - Mumbai Worst Management:The guest services of this hotel are good. They look professional and perform their duty honestly what I had noticed. The attraction of the hotel is the gentle behavior of staff. Since it is situated on linking road which is known for its heavy crowd, so the ambiance is noisy.
Hotel New Castle - Mumbai Cons Only:The hotel is costly. You can find the better hotel even at a lower price than this hotel. Staying here is not good value for money.
