We actually visited the FUSION Restaunrant in the hotel and never stayed here. So this review is about the restaurant only.

The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect and very welcoming. We were a group of 8 people including a child and was given a table within seconds. The menu had almost every Indian and continental food item in it. Frankly, don't remember whether Chinese food was available as we did not try it, We ordered
Cream of Tomato Soup(Rs 80)
Grilled Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce(Rs 250) Awesome!
Pomfret Mustard(Rs 225) Pretty Average
Prawn Malaicurry(Rs 375) Very good
Chicken Biryani(Rs 300) Good
Prawn Biryani(Rs 400) Excellent
Kashmir Pulao(Rs 200) Good
We had ice-creams for dessert and the waiters/waitresses were very friendly and helped to serve the dishes. This was our first visit to FUSION and we enjoyed every moment. Will surely come back here again when we come to Puri again.
