This review is about the outlet at HSR.
Food - Very average to bad. I have been to other outlets of this chain but this one turned out to be exceptionally very bad. Chicken biryani was bad, meat was tasteless, portion is OK.
Service - Average as expected of them in terms of speed/courtesy.
Ambiance - The setting is good but spoilt by their stingy seating arrangement in the form of congested sofas.
Home delivery - Not yet tried.
By empire standards and past experiences, I was surprised when they could not deliver a decent chicken biriyani and other not so complex dishes.
Overall, it is too early to write them off as they have just opened. But for now, stay away and go to Koramangala/Church street branches.
