I stayed at Hotel Ajanta last month as I had some work in the city of Delhi. However, my experience at this hotel was not a pleasant one by any stretch of imagination. From the outside appearance, this hotel will give you an impression that it's quite luxurious and well-maintained, but once you enter one of their rooms, you'll get to know how things can be pretty much deceptive.
The rooms were quite small and congested at the same time. I also experienced some strange kind of foul odor once I stepped inside my room. Therefore, I did not like the room quality and ambience at all.
As far as guest services were concerned, the television set in my room was not working. When I reported this to the hotel manager, he agreed to look into the matter. But eventually, it turned out to be a false promise.
The food I ordered from Ajanta's restaurant turned out to be just not up to the mark. It was way too spicy for my liking. And there was nothing creative about the presentation as well. For all these reasons, Hotel Ajanta will not provide you good value for your hard earned money!
