Whenever I walk around my area I try to find new places which open up so we can go and enjoy something new, that is when I say Hong Kong Noodles near a cross road on Thippasandra Main Road.

I went there with a couple of my friends and was actually excited to try some Chinese after a long time, especially at that time of the night, it was close to 10pm.

But here is what was unexpected and surprising. When they got us to our table I saw a BABY COCKROACH run across my table. I was hesitant to even sit there, but the hunger overpowered my requirement for hygiene. I just ignored it and sat, but it really troubled me for a good few minutes.

Anyhow, eventually we placed our order and I ordered for their Manchow noodles. And I was so delighted! I loved the Manchow noodles, it was not too spicy but equally tasty. I made sure everyone else tried it and they loved it as well and regretted buying what they had as theirs was considerably more bland.

Their ambience was a dim light, with red curtains near the windows which literally gave the whole room a reddish glow.

One of the things which totally delighted me was that they actually had Chopsticks to provide! I've visited various Chinese restaurants before but they never provided Chopsticks which I thought completes the Chinese feel.

The staff there is quite polite and cooperative and there is no particular reservation required as the restaurant doesn't get that many customers.

All in all, a place which I am most likely to visit again and also order the same thing I did last time.
