I bought a plot(construction included) from Honeyy group KPHB office. One of their AGM asked me to transfer the money to give it to landlord for his signature on the agreement of sale(For plot no 362) Its located backside of symphony homes Beerumguda for 52 lacs. I asked him company location or the builder location, but he never told those details.
I transferred the money, as he is working in a trusted company(Honeyy Group). In march 2019 I have transferred 5.5 Lacs to Mallesh Goud(AGM in Honeyy Group) Currently he has started a new organisation(SriMani Homes).
Later 2 months he took me to the builder and he said lot of things, just to hold me for 2 more months.
In June 2019 AGM told me that they put a bore in my plot and water coming at 150 feet only, just after 2 days I went there and the house construction is also started. I was very happy that they are building my house, But I shocked when I see other builder there. I went to him asked about the plot, he said he never sold the plot to anybody and he is constructing it on his own.
I called AGM and asked Why you said bore is also done, Some one else is constructing the house. Then he took 1 week of time and builder allotted a different plot(Now its Ploy No: 311). Then again builder started saying the land will go in road widening and he will compensate with some interior. I said ok, then he said grama panchayathi people will come and check that and a lot of things for 3 months.
Some how I got the landlord number and called him, then that landlord is saying that plot he hasnt sold to anybody and never sell it.
Then I again called AGM and KPHB office Head vamsi and Ravi. They said we will go to that place and decide what to do. After 1 month they came with me and had a discussion with landlord, He said he can sell it only for 30k per sq, yard. If its is 30k per sq.yar, then the land cost only 45 lacs. Even then the builder saying I will construct the house for 52 lacs.
Then Ravichandan(GM from KPHB Honeyy Group office) told me to cancel the plot in Aug. I said fine I want my money. Builder came to honeyy group office and said he can give it in 1 month and I waited for 1 month i.e. till Sep 2019. Then he has started telling the same bla bla and dragged it till Nov 2019 end. After he escaped.
Now honeyy group saying we have catch builder to refund my money. But they are not trying to find him at all. Its almost 11 months and still my money got stuck with them, I am paying interest for that 5.5 lacs and couldn't buy any other house.
at that time independent house was costing around 55 lacs. now it is 65 lacs, I lost my 5.5 lacs and 10 lacs cost got increased. and I lost my peace and time also.
hell with honeyy group.
