Hello guys! I am sharing my views on employers of automobile company. One day me and my friend had taken the feedback from the employees of this company and they told us many problem regarding this company.
They told us that salary and benefits given to employees are very less and they does not paid any extra incentives and bonus even when they work for extra hours. Also if the employees want leave for any urgent work they does not give any leave to them.
Job security is very nill to the employees of this company because they can fired to employees at anytime without giving any instructions to them.
Career growth is also not so much in this company because they does not promote the employees for their good work.
Working environment is good but CEO rating is 2 out of 5.
So I will not recommend this company to you peoples.
