One of my relative presently settled in Bangalore. He was in dilemna over which type of car he has to purchase, as so many are in market. I recommended for Honda City ZX VTEC which had a better opinion on reviewses I had gone through mouth shut.
Now the car has been delivered and we have run it for 200 km. The pickup is good, comfortable seating, and by the fuel gauge reading the KPL is good. However one problem presently we have encountered the ground clearance. The bottom of the car is scratching every speed breakers. Last week two speed breakers are erected at the entrance of the DRDO Town ship and we are proud to declare that our car has made the first scratch on it. Over a speed breaker on outer ring road at NGEF junction a big bang could be heard from the bottom. I have driven maruthi esteem and Maruthi 800 since years which never had this problem.
Now I am forced to select separate route where speed speed breakers will have some mercy towards Honda City ZX VTEC. Please advice how the ground clearance can be improved. I have a guilty concsience as I have recommended this brand to my relative.
