Ordered a shoe rack almost a month ago and the inferior quality product arrives all broken. The company simply shrugs responsibility! The courier they use ( hands in gloves) is some safe express which ensures that your order is totally unsafe . Completely unprofessional or should I repeat the word cheats. Sharing the pics of the product received. Paid the COD amount as well . All the while the courier guy knew he was delivering a broken item.when asked to open the packaging they refused to do so stating that it was not their job! They left with the COD cash and vanished in thin air. Being a Sunday I decided to open the packaging and was totally zapped!
