The intent was to get design ideas from them( Designing is free consultation) and implement with a local carpenter.
But they were very professional, extreme time management protocols were put in place and the delivered the project before time ( it was peak covid 2020 August) .
No complaints on quality and they are transparent with pricing.Our design engineer was Mr.Kamal who was very smart and had out of world ideas making it affordable. They made it clear no matter how much quality we put it up the wardrobes and modular kitchen needs an alignment 2 years once.Good thing is they provide warranty for 5 years.
Its 2 years now, they were right few issues with alignment and small issues with soft closures.
Raised a request through their app anf it was completed on time, free of cost.
I have recommended HL to many friends and they are happy with their decisions.
Make sure that the design engineers are chosen wisely as they play key part, if you are not convinced with the design engineer feel free to ask for a change and they do it without hesitation.
Once that is done, everything goes butter smooth.
Certainly they are far better, reliable and provide value to the cost.
My verdict: Go for it, if professionlism and on time delivery is your choice.
