HFH is not refunding Rs 40,740/- to me. Review on Holy Family Hospital - Bandra - Mumbai

A sincere 'Appeal' to Mouth Shut readers:

If you have any 'FINAL INPATIENT BILL' of Holy Family Hospital, Bandra, Mumbai 400050 with a 'REFUNDED' stamp( similar to the 'PAID' stamp in the photo), Kindly post it to me either on Mouth Shut or Preferably email sunilcoelho@gmail.com or Whats App on 8850314742.

KINDLY NOTE THAT I DON'T NEED ANY PATIENT'S PERSONAL DETAILS OR INFORMATION.

Only a photo just like the one I'm posting will help. A friend who had the Bill with the 'PAID' stamp has already helped me, but I need a 'FINAL INPATIENT Bill with a "REFUNDED" STAMP. That's all. It will greatly help me.

The first 5 senders of the 'FINAL INPATIENT Bill' with a "REFUNDED" stamp will be rewarded Rs 1000 each & This is a 'Gentleman's Promise'.

REASON WHY I'M REQUESTING FOR THE'REFUNDED' stamp:

Holy Family Hospital, Bandra has made a ‘False Claim’ that Rs 40,740/- was paid in cash on 27.3.17, which itself contradicts their ‘Policy’ & ‘Notice Displaced on their Cashier Counter’ after Demonetization(Refer attached photo). There is neither a ‘Refunded’ Stamp on the Invoice nor a signature and date of the Cashier( which is normally done after stamping).

I had to anyway meet the Cardiologist Dr.Brian Pinto & Urologist Dr. Manu Sobti on 5.4.17, so I moved out on 27.3.17 without taking my refund, and this refund totally slipped my mind thereafter as subsequent hospitalizations happened at Kohinoor Hospital( Kamani, Kurla), as infection had spread due to delay in 'Catheterisation' which was done after 4 days of pain & torture.

Further, the ‘Original Refund Receipt’ if signed by me(below ‘Received By’ on the left-hand bottom corner) should have been in HFH’s custody as ‘Proof of Refund’, but HFH is ‘Falsely Claiming’ that BOTH Rs 40, 740/- IN CASH & ‘Refund Receipt’ was issued to me, which is another ‘Senseless, Baseless & Illogical Claim’.

STEPS THAT I HAVE TAKEN IN MY FIGHT FOR JUSTICE & TO EXPOSE HOLY HOSPITAL'S LIES:

1. Complaint to Bandra Police Station on 22.10.21 & escalated to CP, Jt.CP, DCP( Zone 9)

2. Complaint to Archbishop's House( Colaba) as HFH Trust falls under the jurisdiction of the' Archdiocese' Mumbai 400001.

3. Complaint to MoHFW( Ministry of Health & Family Welfare)

4. Complaint to MCGM, Ward H /West as all Private Hospitals come under MCGM & HFH is a 'Covid Hospital too'.

5. Complaint to NABH, as HFH is "NABH ACCREDITED" & they have failed in 'PATIENT SAFETY & QUALITY OF CARE".

6. Complaint to FDA( Food & Drug Administration, BKC, Opp. RBI, Bandra East, Mumbai.

7. Complaint to NHRC( National Human Rights Commission)

8. I have reported this matter to NDTV & their Mumbai Head is in touch with me. So kindly join me with'your matter / case / problem / issue' in my fight against HFH.

My advice & guidance will be 'ABSOLUTELY FREE'. I'm an aggrieved Heart Patient with other comorbidities, who has been deeply hurt & harassed for 3 months by Holy Family Hospital' by their' UNETHICAL PRACTICES', LIES, HARASSMENT & REFUSAL TO REFUND MY'RIGHTFUL DUES OF Rs 40, 740/-

All those who have had any 'BAD EXPERIENCE' at HOLY FAMILY HOSPITAL, BANDRA. May kindly contact me ASAP, as I will be filing a 'Strong Criminal Case against HFH with many Evidences' & you too could probably be a 'Witness".
