I feel this review is:
HitechClub is a good service for job seekers. You can post your profile and infact post your entire resume as a document. You can search for jobs. Apart from searching for jobs they have value added services like Career Center where they have information on preparing resumes to tips for interviews. They also have salary and relocation information. As for the employers they can search for candidates with a specific profiles. They can post job postings. They can have mails sent to them when a candidate with a specific profile is found in the database. Also hitechclub provides value added services like pre-screening candidates for employers. Overall its a good service for job seekers and employers.
