The AC stopped working on 8th May, and we were promised a resolution within 48 hours, but we did not even get a call. We have been sending reminders since then, but no one from the company has even tried to attend to our complaint.
Instead, we got a call yesterday whether they inquired whether anyone visited (which obviously has not happened so we refused), and then we got a notification that the complaint is closed.
This is the complaint resolution of Hitachi - they deliver air conditioners which do not last for even one season, and then close the consumer complaint without even attending to it.
I am planning to file a court case against Hitachi for what happened.
